  I had my brother's wedding and called in for an appointment pretty much in advance to make sure that Alice (whose work I saw before and onlie) was available. Noone bothered to mention that to reserve her I needed to pay a deposit. Literally a day before the wedding (so that way you cannot get away) Alice herself gives me a call and announces that since I paid no deposit she won't be able to be there and do my make up ( I still don't get WHY they couldn't tell me a bit in advance). I got a bit upset but she started reassuring me that she called in some girl who does a great job... Didn't have many choices so I went.
  From the moment she started putting that make up I was trying to tell her what to do and not to do... Cutting short- it was the most hideous make up I ever had. The customer service was apparently nor proper either.
  So before you call- MAKE SURE YOU METION THE DEPOSIT (OR MAYBE A LAY AWAY, LOOOOOOOOOL)
