  He was not able to see and spent an inordinate amount of time attempting to do my taxes. He did not fill out all of the forms and when I called to ask him to please fill out the form, he never answered the phone or returned a phone call. It is a travesty when you operate in a fiduciary capacity and you are not trustworthy. I attempted to get in touch with him for several weeks and no success. His staff was rude, perhaps due to the frustration of having to fend off frequent inquiries from dissatisfied customers. My advice, AVOID GERALD MCNALLY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
  P.S.
  I was audited the year he did my taxes, maybe it was just a coincidence, oh he was unavailable for that as well.
