  They won't give you a legit estimate of how much it will cost to prepare your taxes. I called to get an estimate and they said around $80, but it was 4x as much!!! To file a two extra forms - Schedule C and office form they charged me $325!!! It would've been so much cheaper to have gone to Staples and buy TaxPro software and prepare it myself! Do not waste your time and money with these monkeys who hardly even know how to type on a keyboard. Negative and unfairly expensive!
